This information is collected and entered into our internal project management system by a 1836 Commercial project manager when a subcontractor is assigned to a specific punch list item on an active construction project.

- To send automated daily SMS and/or email reminders about open punch list items assigned to you on active construction projects
- To maintain accurate project records for the duration of the construction project and required retention period
- To communicate project-related information between 1836 Commercial and its subcontractors
SMS Notifications
If you are assigned to a punch list item in our system, you may receive automated SMS messages from 1836 Commercial. Key details:
- Message frequency: Up to 1 message per day per open punch list item assigned to you
- Message content: Reminders about open punch list items including item name, location, priority, and project name
- One-way messaging: SMS messages are automated — replies are not monitored
- Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan
- To opt out: Contact us at jake@1836commercial.com to be removed from SMS notifications
Third-Party Service Providers
We use the following third-party services to deliver notifications. These providers process your contact information solely for message delivery on our behalf:
- Twilio — SMS message delivery
